Location was good to University, malls, shopping etc. Room was bright and clean..................except
..................Except for the toilet, which had toilet paper in it when we arrived. I don't think the staff had cleaned it. It had a problem with flushing....a little slow. I think for what we got the price could have been $20 cheaper perhaps.
Mainly it was close To our daughters residence and the university of Waterloo. Central in location, and very comfortable.
Central, comfortable, clean and good value for money.
One of the desk clerks, a female was super friendly when we checked in on Sunday, November 11th at about 2pm. The hotel housekeeping staff member we encountered was very friendly as well. I like that you have complimentary coffee both in the room and at the front desk.
Nothing to speak of.
Bedding and towels very worn and old need updating
Best location in Waterloo for university. Good standard of comfort. Good service from staff. Clean and tidy. Restaurant attached. From other motels I stayed in think it is a bit expensive
everithing is ok
The location was just minutes from down town and hwy 85.
There were areas of the room that needs attention example the build up of dust and dirt around the night table and the dresser. Also the parking area needs some work as in replacing the surface as it makes the building look bad, a long with the rusted early 70's car that is sitting in the parking area just rusting away and two flat tires. This makes it look like a dumping site for vehicles not road worthy.
Big room and excellent cleanliness
Small lobby, no breakfast, poor Wifi signal at 2nd floor.
Comfort of bed;
Being disturbed at 2:00 AM. in the morning because the night staff wasn't aware the room was booked by myself; he had attempted to sell it to someone else.
Not a thing
The location the styling of the room was very cozy.
There was some kind of issue with the drainage of the shower which was clog
We will select this hotel again. It is good.
The beds were very comfortable. It was clean and newly renovated.
The tub didn't drain well. When showering we had ankle deep water.
I liked how clean the hotel is.
There was a person in the front disk, it seems that he does not know how to smile. Also, there was a lot of noise in the night, somebody was running, others yelling laughing and calling names loudly, that was very strange.
nice spacious rooms
only one chair per room, when I called about it, I was told to sit on the bed
